Technical Features:
- Structure: Made of 3 mm oval steel tube.
- Removable parts: Solid steel to avoid wear and tear problems.
- Guide rods and plates: The guide rods are made of ground and standardised steel (chrome plated). The plates are made of calibrated steel, painted black. They have high-quality Teflon rings, which ensure proper sliding and prevent friction noise.
- Painting: The painting process of the machines is carried out in a four-layer treatment tunnel, which offers an absolute guarantee against corrosion. The first layer is degreased and hot phosphated. The second layer is pre-phosphating at room temperature. The third layer is hot phosphating. Finally, the structure is coated with epoxy powder paint.
- Transmission: By cable.
- Moving parts: The machines are mounted on bearings (circular or linear) or bronze wheels and bearings.
- Upholstery: Made of 3 cm. thick foam rubber with 150 kg. pressure, and fireproof leather.
- Plate weight: 708 kg:
- High Pulley: 100 kg. x 2.
- Low Pulley: 100 kg. x 2.
- Triceps: 77 kg. x 2.
